1. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our premium mock interviews and subscription plans. If you are not entirely satisfied with our services, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain services are strictly non-refundable, including:

  • 1-on-1 Mentorship sessions that have already been conducted.
  • Resume reviews that have been completed and delivered.
  • Discounted promotional items explicitly marked as "non-refundable".

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@tomolink.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the premium features until the cycle concludes, and you will not be charged for the subsequent period.
