6 Months Before

Foundation

4 Months Before

Campus Placement Round-by-Round Guide

Round 1: Aptitude / Online Test

  • Practice at least 500 aptitude questions before the drive
  • Use negative marking strategy — skip if unsure
  • Verbal section: read newspapers to improve speed
  • Logical: practice series, blood relations, and seating arrangements

Round 2: Technical Interview

  • Master OOPS, DBMS, OS, CN — these are asked everywhere
  • Be ready to write code on a whiteboard or paper
  • Know every line of your resume and every project thoroughly
  • If you don't know an answer, say so and explain how you'd find it

Round 3: HR Interview

  • Prepare a crisp 90-second 'Tell me about yourself'
  • Have honest answers for strengths, weaknesses, and goals
  • Research the company — mention specific products or initiatives
  • Ask at least one thoughtful question at the end
